Project Overview

Wijay has designed and built a new central feeding and batching system for its 10 production lines
There are over ten types of powder and granular materials in the formula, and the characteristics of the raw materials are also diverse, especially in the range of bulk density from 0.3 kilograms per liter to 3.8 kilograms per liter. In addition to its moisture absorption properties, materials also have stickiness, which poses a severe challenge to material transportation and mixing systems. Wijay engineers adopted a combination of Wijay's patented ACU and dual pipe conveying technology, completely overcoming the technical problem of pipe blockage. In the mixing system, Wijay's specially designed dual rotation mixer has the characteristics of high mixing efficiency and fast discharge, making it easy for two mixing equipment to achieve a daily supply of 120 tons of high uniformity mixed materials.
