Project Overview

The customer's 46 large plate extruders continuously supply 6 different materials, with a feeding speed of 36T per hour, a conveying distance of over 200 meters, and a material storage capacity of 1200 tons. They also achieve real-time monitoring and control of material temperature and temperature, which is a function that traditional methods cannot achieve by combining multiple small dryers and suction machines
Our innovative design of fully automatic batching valve group enables 6 large storage silos, 6 drying systems, and 46 material connection points, allowing customers to easily achieve flexible production. The central control information system of the project can help customers analyze and understand the real-time storage capacity of materials and material consumption data of each production line. Customer managers can keep track of the system's operation and key data at any time on office computers and mobile devices.
